1 Lifetime Free Micro Tier (₹0 Plan)

Our Lifetime Free Plan is completely free of charge. No credit card, debit card, or payment information is required to register. Because no fees are collected, refund terms do not apply to this tier. You may discontinue use of the free tier at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.

2 Paid Subscription Cancellation (Growth & Enterprise)

For factories utilizing our paid annual or monthly subscription tiers:

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time by contacting your assigned account manager or submitting a written request.
• Access Until Period End: Upon cancellation, your factory retains full access to your cloud account and historical data until the conclusion of your paid billing cycle.
• Data Preservation: Even after subscription expiry, your factory data remains safely archived and exportable. You will not be locked out of viewing past GST challans or sales registers.

3 7-Day Onboarding Satisfaction Guarantee

If you upgrade to a paid tier and determine within the first 7 days of activation that the software does not meet your operational workflow requirements, you may request a 100% full refund. To initiate a refund request, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Organization ID and payment transaction reference.

4 Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment source (UPI, Net Banking, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days in accordance with standard banking and payment gateway settlement schedules.
